In accordance with the policy of the editorial board of the journal, due to the high restrictions on review of papers and also the number of received papers, the journal will send papers for the review process that have the basic requirements for the Journal of Industrial Engineering Research. In this regard, papers will be sent to a member of the editorial board for initial evaluation. The papers that are deemed by a member of the editorial board to be non-compliant will be returned to the author and will not be review. These papers may not be considered for one of the following reasons:

- The paper does not have an acceptable contribution for publication in the journal.

- Multiple articles received on a particular topic

- The relevance of the paper to the journal scope.

- Failure to comply with the Policy

Note: The maximum number of papers under review by each author is two papers simultaneously.
